Who comes to my relative?
One of our own people, not a stranger from a platform. Everyone is vetted before they are sent to an address, and we try to send the same person to the same client — over time they learn your relative's habits.
Can I book from abroad if my relative is in Sofia?
That is exactly what this is for. You book and you get the report; we go to your relative in Sofia. They install nothing and sign in nowhere — they only have to open the door.
How far ahead do I need to book?
Tomorrow at the earliest. You pick the day and a two-hour window and we arrive inside it. For today, or for anything urgent, please call.
How do I know the task was done?
After every task you get a report from our helper — what was done, photos and the receipt. The booking has its own link, which you can forward to another relative.
How is it paid?
The price of the service is known before we start — you see it on the booking. The cost of the shopping or the medication is settled separately, against the receipt.
Do you buy medication on an electronic prescription?
Yes — with an electronic prescription or without, along with health products. We take the prescription details by telephone; please do not write them into the form.
